Polarity Therapy is the art and science of life energy in the body and maintains that integrating the mind, body and spirit is the only way to bring about healing. The Polarity practitioner is available to encourage life flow by unblocking energy in the physical, emotional and/or mental planes of a human system. Sessions are deeply relaxing and bring the client to a place where they can remember what a natural state of energy flow feels like. The practice of Polarity is to walk this state of consciousness into everyday life. The Polarity Practitioner can assist clients both on and off the table. It is not just the body that needs to be healed, but the way life itself is experienced.

Core Principles:

• Life is Movement.

• Healing begins and trauma is released  when the nervous system relaxes.

• The body knows how to heal itself.

• Health is defined as a free-flow of energy through a system.

• Polarity encourages living to one's full potential.

Bodywork techniques include:

• Creating a safe space for healing and movement.

• Structural mobilization and unwinding.

• Trauma release and reframing.

• Central nervous system balancing.

• Whole body reflexology.

• Fascia release.

• Cranialsacral Techniques

• Chakra balancing.

• Belief Investigation.

Goals or Purpose:

Energetic realignment of the intellectual, emotional and physical bodies.

Sessions consists of, at least, 60 minutes of bodywork and approximately 10 minutes before and after table time for checking in and out. To receive a Polarity treatment clients should wear loose clothing and remove all metal/jewelry.

$60 per session.

$50 for First Time Experience.

$220 for a Series of Four.

• Certified in Cranialsacral Therapy, Spring 2007 (100 hours).

• Trained in Polarity Therapy here in Tucson in 1997.
